Dr. Glen Cosman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Biology from the University of New York at Albany and completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry. Soon after his graduation, he co-established this practice with his late partner Dr. George Diacoumakos (under the original name 5th Avenue Dental Associates), as well as Family Health Dental PLLC, located in Staten Island, New York. Both offices employ over 30 dentists and specialists, dental hygienists, assistants and administrators. Dr. Cosman was granted his post-graduate certificate in Orofacial Pain and Temporomandibular Disease from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. John Quinn received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from Stony Brook University, then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the New York University College of Dentistry. He completed his residency at Jamaica Hospital before entering private practice.

Dr. Hye Soo Emiliana Kim is a prosthodontist specializing in complex dental and facial rehabilitation, including cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, crowns, bridges, and dentures. She earned her DDS from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and completed a three-year residency in Prosthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry, where she received a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies.

Michael Plotno, DMD, FACOI, grew up in the Bronx, NY, where he gained admission to the prestigious Bronx High School of Science. He remained in New York to attend the City University of New York earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology graduating with honors. Dr. Plotno went on to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine graduating at the top of his class. After completing a general practice residency at Suburban General Hospital in Norristown Pennsylvania, Dr. Plotno returned to Philadelphia to specialize in Periodontology, Oral Medicine and Implantology at Temple University.

Nikhil Narkhede, DDS, a Brooklyn native, is an orthodontist who is board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. After earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Narkhede advanced his training and received a certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.

Dr. Patrick Ng-A-Fook is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business and a concentration in Biology. He graduated from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. After dental school, he continued his dental training with a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center through Lutheran Medical Center. He was then offered an attending position, where he helped train dental residents. A year later, he pursued further education in endodontics and earned a Certificate in Endodontics from Lutheran Medical Center, focusing on both surgical and non-surgical endodontics.
